• COMPLETE — Support service recovery 0.3.5: GitHub Actions run 38796979970 passed 61/61 with the official Firestore emulator; the Linux/amd64 image is deployed on revision support-demo-support-00012-69b at 100% traffic. Read-only public routes returned 200 and protected unauthenticated routes returned 401. Paid inference is still disabled; authenticated browser and live-Claude acceptance were not repeated for this version.
• COMPLETE — Document Operations 0.2.6 is live on documents-demo-documents-00013-lqp at 100% traffic and Ready. Exact-head GitHub Actions run 38790767342 passed 67/67 with the official Firestore emulator and no skips. Fresh read-only GETs returned 200 for `/` and `/api/auth`, and 401 for `/api/session`, `/api/jobs`, `/api/review`, `/api/drafts`, `/api/pos`, `/api/vendors`, and the protected source route.
• IN PROGRESS — Held-out extraction comparison: the 8-document v3 run returned 4/8 valid Claude outputs and 8/8 successful Document AI responses. Offline adapter replay matched 27/56 fields but 0/8 passed canonical schema and confidence gates. A two-document v4 pilot does not establish representative quality or an extractor winner.
• IN PROGRESS — Browser and route acceptance: earlier authenticated 390×844 browser passes exercised both apps. Fresh unauthenticated route matrices pass for Support 0.3.5 and Documents 0.2.6. The dashboard now uses https://ai-flagship.uppercut-labs.com as a public read-only snapshot without sign-in. I will continue broader adversarial and HTTP/Eventarc parity checks.
• BACKGROUND — Agents maintain separate GCP and Anthropic estimates and reconcile exports when available. Missing exact balances and account-wide billing differences do not block development or require owner screenshots.
• WAITING FOR LIFECYCLE — Four disposable projects were last observed DELETE_REQUESTED with billing disabled at 17:48 UTC. I will check final deletion after the 30-day recovery window, beginning Nov 15.
